It is extremely important that your drive is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.
If possible, wrap the drive in an anti-static material.
- Pack the drive in a box twice the size of the drive, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.
- Please fill out the consultation form as thoroughly as possible, print it, and include a copy with your package.
- For MFM, RLL, & ESDI drives, please include the controller card.
