Recovering data from Tape drives is a highly specialized procedure. Due to the design and functionality of Linear Tape Cartridges, reading and extracting data can become a more complicated and timely process.

At New York Data Recovery our engineers are highly skilled and professioanlly trained to handle tape recovery situations. We have access to a Class 100 Clean Room in our laboratory to ensure that your data is securely and properly handled. With New York Data Recovery your data is always secure and handled with extreme care.

Starting with a free phone consultation, you will be provided with the guidance and expertise you need in order to quickly get your data back into a more productive environment. Once your media is received it will undergo a full diagnostic evaluation in our secure data recovery lab. This will allow our engineers to accurately describe the problems associated with your media and to provide you with a firm price for the full data recovery process.

Note: Due to the complexity and time consuming nature of tape recoveries, there is a setup fee of $250.00 in order to perform the evaluation.

Once the quote has been approved by you, our highly trained engineers will then perform the data recovery process, working from the hexadecimal level (we go behind the code) in order to fully recover the data from the damaged media.
